Management Information Systems (MIS) Executive

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Information Systems (MIS) Executive to join our dynamic team at DPDzero. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing our organization’s data to improve our operational efficiency and support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be an Excel guru, with an exceptional ability to manipulate and interpret data, and a strong track record of delivering accurate and insightful reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports for customers, business team and operations team, utilizing advanced Excel skills. Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Data Management and Cleanup: Ensure data integrity by cleaning and validating data from various sources. Implement processes to streamline data collection and processing.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with business and operations teams to gather requirements, understand their data needs, and provide analytical and reporting support. Facilitate data-driven decision-making across departments.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve reporting and analysis processes, implementing best practices in data management and utilization.
  • Customer Support: Prepare and present reports to customers, addressing any queries or concerns with clarity and professionalism. Help with monthly and weekly business reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an MIS role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and database management concepts.
